Returns & Exchanges

At Snowears, we want you to be fully prepared for your next mountain adventure; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
