How do I know which size of ski gear to order?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself while wearing your base layers to ensure the most accurate fit for your outerwear.
Are Snowears products waterproof and windproof?
Yes, all our performance jackets and pants feature a minimum 10k/10k waterproof and breathability rating, designed to keep you dry and warm in harsh alpine conditions.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your gear before your next trip.
What is your return policy for worn equipment?
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Items used on the slopes cannot be returned.
How should I care for my technical snow apparel?
To maintain the waterproof coating, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with tech-wash detergent and tumble drying on low heat to reactivate the DWR finish.
Do you offer a warranty on goggles and helmets?
All Snowears hardware comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover scratches or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
